Developer experience practice
Developer experience, for our clients, means the shortest path from reading your API reference to a successful authenticated call. Our problem-led reviews start from the failure modes integrators report, then trace each back to missing or misleading documentation.
1. Discovery workshop
We map audiences (internal squads, partners, public developers) and the artefacts they rely on today. You share access to repos, CI artefacts, or portal exports under your confidentiality terms.
2. Draft structure
We propose an information architecture: where authentication lives, how errors are grouped, and how versioning is surfaced. You approve the outline before prose work starts.
3. Iterative authoring
Writers and your engineers pair on ambiguous endpoints. We track open questions in a shared list so nothing is guessed into the published doc.
4. Review and handover
You receive source files in your chosen format (Markdown, MDX, OpenAPI overlays, etc.) plus a short maintainer guide describing how to keep docs aligned with releases.
